Hello,
i just want to share what happen to me when tried Ecatel company.
I placed an dedicated server order at ecatel.info /.net and paid the invoice.
Money was sent to Ecatel PerfectMoney.is account E7191049
But after one day i was unable to login client area nor it recognised my email/login when i tried to reset password. So i had suspection if they want to scam me.
I sent several emails, even from my gmail address but got no reply from Ecatel. Im unable to use ticket system because cant access client area, like accouint is closed. Not sure why?!
So far they owe me more than €49.
Update: i have got my money refunded, had to send multiple emails to get in contact. Got reply from sales A ecatel dot info.
When i asked why server was not delivered and how to prevent same issue again, explanation from Ecatel was: "the server did not got delivered because we did not recieve any notification email from perfect money." Payment had to be made manually (downside), so it was not recorded in billing system. So issue solved 4me, i got my money back, thank you.
