isnt dynamic backlink one that is made the way to change regularly? The static link would be oposite, just fixed on a webpage without any php functions made to modiffy the backlink code.

Or dynamic link might be one that is linking to an dynamic URL like: site.com?category=1&product=2
instead of:
site.com/categoryname/productname
or it is linking to an universal dynmic page that is changing frequently like:
eshop.com/?page=ProductsOfTheDay
