Software that saves state of an Windows application to restore it later

Hello, is there any Windows software that create an snapshot of the running application so after i close the application i can instantly restore it from snapshot later?

System Explorer can pause the process.

Open the task manager and search the processes that are running currently.
Then stop the processes that you do not need currently.
Resume them when you want.
