it is an online store allowing to buy quite affordable stuff from china. Example: bateries, cables, connectors, reductions, LED lights.
I bought around 5 times from them in 2013 to 2015. It arrived in around 20 days to the Europe.

Negative: i think they are not fair in the reviews. i submitted negative reviews of products and i dont know about any that got approved. Do not trust reviews. All products purchase from BuyInCoins is risky and can be lost money or very low value products.
