When we promote some web page, we need to track how many visitors coming and how many clicking order link or some other standard external link.

What is the easiest and maybe the berst way to track conversions ratio, or track which refering site converts the best?

i think its difficult to know or maybe the website that you are referring will track it and tell you the statics but if you wants to know your own website traffic then you can by using sitemeter and many other websites .

The best option is to use link tracking script such as pretty link pro if you're using wp. And use the unique shorten link for each site where you promote your site to see each and every stats of the traffic. Even the user IP's.

The best and easiest way to track conversions is use different url shortner in each website from where you promote the products and services, or use any wordpress plugin like pretty link pro to track the visitors and see how many of them turns into conversion.
