Is it harder to manage Dedi than VPS?

Hi, do you think it is harder to manage dedicated server than VPS? Are there any difficulties when jumping up from VPS to Dedi?

Heya,

For me the only difference in managing the 2, is that physically you have to maintain the Dedicated server itself. And less for the VPS. But of course both of them needs proper system administration to optimize and monitor the server operation and services.
