Hello,
there are several tutorials on how to setup a website in Webmin:

If you cant setup a website via Webmin, i recommend you to try free control panels like zPanel (very easy to work with) or Kloxo control panel. Kloxo, zpanel, Webmin are available and installed on ICPH VPS (http://instantcpanelhosting.com/cart.php?gid=4).

I think Kloxo is more reliable, but zPanel is easier to learn and work with.
