Can anyone please tell me what is POST screen.

not sure what is the context of the "POST screen" mentioning, but it may mean the screen which appears after some process is example. It can contain some sumary what was done etc.

if someone request you to post a screen, it can mean to post a screenshot of the computer screen (PrintScn key on keyboard)

when you power on your computer the first screen comes as a bios screen that is called as post screen
