Hostgator India extremely poor support, website down

I have been a customer of Hostgator India since April 2012, have paid till April 2015. but my websites hosted with hostgator have been down for last 4 days, and it is not even possible to raise a support ticket. They are located at mangalore, karnataka, Does anyone how to contact hostgator India support or get a refund from them ? More details at http://ohf.in

Always choose desi company or local company so you can directly visit at their office and ask them that why your site is down.
