Maybe its not error at all, but that volume of mine had to have write access, not read only.
After mounting it, i got Truecrypt message:
Volume *:\ has been mounted as read-only because write access was denied.
I fixed that by unmounting volume and then right click the truecript container file (the big one which you select in truecrypt for mounting..)
..right click and click Settings/Properties of that file. then on Security tab click group "Users" and Edit/modiffy. Select "Users" again click full access to grant them all rights. CLick OK + OK.
