I see Google (https://www.google.com/) webpage (A) is loaded very quickly when comparing to page (B) on my server.
How they achieve so quick response of their google.com webserver?
I think they may use something like Nginx webserver instead of Apache, but is it the main cause of that quick Wait / Connect time ?
