What is Your experience with CloudShards?
I purchased server from them in March 2014 for good discounted price. Quite good price.
The server did not had any issues for like 8 months.
When i had questions, i got response within minutes or within hour. The advantage of my service was DRAC / free console access at anytime.
But in the fall/autumn of 2014 the support somehow decreased in speed, i need to wait even like 12 hours or more for a reply. New support staff came apparently.
He even dont know or dont want to advice on which server IP, broadcast IP and nameserver IP i need to enter during OS install. They charge high fee on OS reinstall or linux admin service.
So i had to let server expire being unable to isntall OS.
