Hello,
i have a WHM/cpanel server with Softaculous plugin installed.
In Softaculous configuration, i selected Wordpress package to be "pre-downloaded" in softaculous. One my customer just reported to me that After he run install of WP from softaculous, softaculous returned him an error:
Could not open the Configuration File wp-config.php
so i tried that too and i seen same error after wordpress instalaltion from softaculous.
In softaculous software overwiew i see i have predownloaded older Wordpress version that the newest WP version, so what is the reason why this error happens? (i want WP to be predownloaded and without this error in future)

Answer:
Please execute the following command on your server :
Root> chmod -R 0755 /var/softaculous/
If you still face the issue please execute the following commands :
Root> rm -rf /var/softaculous/wp/
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php
