It means worse security of the device, but to temporarily do this, try:
Settings / Device / Screen lock
OR
Settings / Device / Accessibility / Lock automatically (setting it to 30 minutes maximum) - screen will blank but not lock within first 30 minutes
"Screen timeout" entry in same category sets in my case timeout to maximum 10 minutes.
