i just want to share my experience with cpanel support.
Support on the Forum (http://forums.cpanel.net):
i usually receive quite helpfull reply in like 24 hours
Support via Ticket system (https://tickets.cpanel.net/)
i usually receive reply of the skilled linux, WHM admin in like 3 hours. They help me to solve even more difficult issues of the linux hosting WHM server. Im very gratefull and i think i might not be able to run cpanel without this support. The support staff is polite and professional.
