RDP is an extremely popular protocol for remote access to Windows machines. RDP is relevant now more than ever when covid is again on the rise and work from home has been extended. Essentially, RDP allows users to control their remote Windows machine as if they were working on it locally. One can use the resources and manage the data and files of the remote computer/server from anywhere in the world.

The term remote desktop hosting (RDP) refers to storing files, databases, and applications on data center servers. They are not physically keeping them in your laptops, PCs, or other adjacent gear.

It is also known as terminal server hosting by several small enterprises. In other terms, remote desktop hosting allows you to connect to the "host" computer through the internet. You have control over the system and the ability to use the resources and data contained in it.

I think that it often mean a remote Windows computer that can be connected and managed (via screen like you are sitting in front of it) using software on your computer. THis software connects the server and displays its screen to you allowing to remotely manage it, open internet browser and other apps.

The term "remote desktop hosting" describes a mechanism for storing documents, databases, and software programs on servers located in data centers. Your laptops, desktop PCs, or other nearby gear are not being stored with them directly.

It is also known as terminal server hosting, which many small firms understand.

Simply put, remote desktop hosting enables remote internet access to the "host" computer. You have the autonomy to use the resources and data stored on the system and control over the system.

It is also used by small businesses as terminal server hosting.

Remote desktop hosting is simply a way to connect to the "host computer" via the internet. Remote desktop hosting allows you to control and manage the system, as well as the data and resources that are hosted there.

First of all we have to learn what is RDP server. RDP server stands for Remote desktop protocol. RDP provides secure connection between clients and servers.
In RDP hosting you will get full access of server in which we can manage clients and their data. Its shared server in which many other clients host their website but not all clients will get access of RDP. If you have Plesk server then you can make connection to Plesk using RDP (https://hoststud.com/resources/a-complete-guide-to-connecting-to-plesk-server-using-rdp-and-available-credentials.846/).
