I had this issue before when tried to change Kloxo password after Kloxo installation.
Alert: could_not_change_admin_pass
This happend on the 128MB RAM VPS with 256MB RAM burst.
When upgraded to 512MB RAM plan, i was able to chnage password and issue was fixed.
