Hello,
please anyone have ideas on how to decrease time gmail have for downloading emails from some external mail account?
(From settings one can set mail accounts for importing mail to the gmail account, and i think google set delay before downloads automatically)
I mean if very low number of mails, delay can be even one hour. So if someone send me mail, it can take one hour before gmail fetch it from external account..
My ideas:
1.
Setup bash script or php script run by cronjob to send some crap emails to this mailbox so gmail will set low time to download mails and then filter these fake emails out and delete them automatically so achieving lower latency.
2.
Forwarding mails to some other external account which have high number of incoming emails (thus gmail assing it lower time between downloads of emails)
