How do experienced webmasters make money online, if Google is not indexing their websites, because the webmaster does not agree to identity theft? People dont need to relly only on Google, Adsense etc. to make money. There are quite hundreds of other networks and affiliate programs..

Regarding stealing correspondence, you can let it be sent to your private mailing address, private mailbox accessible via SSL(https) etc. Or let money be stolen or leave bad company.
