View Full Version : Blocking a domain without warning?
My site has been infected with viruses. These viruses have changed the content on my site. I received several complaints and my domain was blocked by the registrar. It was an old domain. I eliminated all the reasons, but the technical support of the registrar is not responding to me. My domain remains blocked. What can I do to resolve this situation?
Maybe someone had such problems? What did you do?

I think the registrar should unblock the domain name, especially if you have eliminated all the reasons. Yes, of course it won't be free.
I was also one step away from blocking. But my registrar https://pananames.com/ Pananames gave me time to eliminate all the causes. But I'm glad the registrar was honest. It saved me.
Sorry, I don't see an option to unblock the domain name. This is the first time I encountered such a problem.

If the domain name is already blocked, then unblocking will be paid and possibly very expensive.
But Pananames, for example, have fixed prices for this and are known in advance.
