try to simply use pdf.io (https://pdf.io/pdf2doc/) service. It can boast to have a really intuitive, simple, and fast interface and you don't have to install any application to your PC.

There are many tools or sites to convert pdf into the doc. "https://pdf2doc.com/" is one of them.
