I have created a Litecoin paper wallet using https://walletgenerator.net
And after receiving some money i wanted to send some out.
Having wallet address and the private key, i have installed Linux package "electrum-ltc" (it does not require downloading whole blockchain, only headers which is less than 250MB at the time of writing)
And launched the app, it is GUI app where i entered my wallet name, selected Import option and pasted my private key.
That was it. Now i could send money out.
Another option to handle the wallet is menu Wallet/Private keys/Sweep which would per my understanding send all money from current wallet to the newly created wallet.
