I didn't know the ABC of php, html and other coding. I want to learn php and html . Is there any way to lean php and html without paying any money ??

Once you have installed and runing WAMP, MAMP, XAMPP (It is a Windows PHP suite for running .PHP files - search google "how to install xampp"), you can try creating first .PHP file, here is good 15 minute tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdP0KM49IVk

This is good text tutorial: http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/ which can guide you in first steps. (just browse menu entries from top to the bottom one.)
