How to make Google index more pages?

Hi,

i manage teen forum http://goteen.net/ and this forum had drop in ranks, probably because of a duplicate content.

Now i see it appears in Google again, but really low number of indexed pages. I already submitted sitemap before 2 years!! but webmaster tools shows bare minimum of indexed pages... Any idea how to make google index these thousands of pages?

Sometimes it can take awhile for the search engines to find all your pages, especially if they aren't linked together.

In google, to see all the pages it has indexed do a search like this:

you probably meant search like:
site:mydomain.com

[bind]

Updates your website on daily basis also adding HTML and XML site that that cover more pages get index same time and also submit your website in major search engine like Google, Yahoo! and Bing.
