Is there any free alternative for Cloudlinux? I mean for jailing particular accounts to increase WHM/Cpanel server stability.
Cloudlinux is good, i have got a refund.
-----------
Option # 1 - CSF (free)
Config Server Firewall (CSF) can be used for limitting overload by killing excessive processes
values:
PT_USERMEM
PT_USERTIME
PT_USERKILL
77

CSF readme: http://configserver.com/free/csf/readme.txt
CSF works on almost any linux server, so its not limitted to just cPanel.
Option # 2 - (Paid $9)
http://www.betterlinux.com/ (no OpenVZ support, same as Cloudlinux)
Option # 3 - Hive (Paid $14)
