Hi, How to easilly capture any streamed video URL on the website and get a video out of it? I mean some free and simple way which works for all streamed videos?

so far i was able to capture screen by SW called Any Video Recorder (http://www.anvsoft.com/any-video-recorder.html) (free), only it does not have advanced functions like Pause.
Another one claimed to work is: StreamTransport (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/StreamTransport) (free)
