Need help to fix a problem with a phpBB forum. Unable to login even after resetting password. please indicate your charges.

Hi, thx, I manage phpbb forum too so i may be able to help. I would need login details to your website so i can see permissions of files and folders, then i would need you to change your php admin forum password and send me your login password. I will try looking your files and i will not change any file contents unless i tell you.

It is not a problem of files and folders, it is mySQL database/cpanel error
