I know one excellent "text to speech app" which provides the ability for creating audio version of your text documents. I create video tutorials and for that I need narration. This app creates mp3 audio files of my script and I can easily add it to my video. I can even edit the pronunciation of certain words. Many female and male voices are available. This is easily the best in the store. "Text Speaker"

I have needed transcription (text to speech) services, and the ones you all have recommended are great choices. When in need of a good text to electronic data service, it's helpful to look for ocr technologies (https://www.bisok.com/grooper-data-capture-method-features/multi-pass-ocr/).
