Domain investor is interested in investigating the rumours which are spread in India and abroad, wherein certain domain registrars and powerful people in the Indian internet industry are claiming that the domains belong to non existent customers or their glamorous young girlfriends who are not spending a single penny on the expenses.
Would like to know if there is a provision for filing a cheating case under Section 420 against these people and their girlfriends, to end these rumours permanently.
