A webmaster pays all the bills, but the management of a large internet company in India, falsely claims that their glamorous young girlfriend is paying all the bills, when she is not spending a single penny for these payments. The glamorous young girlfriends get all the introductions, while webmasters name is misused, and she gets nothing despite spending huge amounts.

You mean someone is working and not being paid for his/her work? it may help to have friendly talk with manager or some on the higher spot. I think its usefull talking and acting to people like you are believe in their best intentions, making them to imagine themselves in your stance.
