Any good IM web based client?

Hello,

as there are TOP clients like Pidgin (Linux/Windows), Miranda IM (Windows)
is there any web service which allows function like these IM application, only you do everything on website?

so far i found:

https://plus.im/ (this one quite work, i have YM,skype issues + Firefox/Chrome browser extension)
