Open for editting /vbseo/resources/xml/config.xml
below the line:
<name>VBSEO_ADMIN_PASSWORD</name>
is the line with some hash
remove that hash so the line looks like:
<value></value>
Then you can set new password in /admincp/ -> vbseo
