Google Drive: How to edit .txt document?

I expected i will be able to easilly edit .txt document i uploaded to my Google Drive, but instead it offers me only Viewing monde, if im not missing anything?

Update: right click on the file allows to open it in Documents Google (Editor) but some characters are replaced by question marks (+ěščřžýá)

Just download your file on personal computer. Edit what you want. :) If need upload again with update information.
