Where to store sensitive data with ability to sync them with external location?

Hello, please where to store sensitive data (documents .doc .txt .xls) with ability to edit them, sync them with external location automatically on schedule + manually?

I know Google drive is part od Google account and allows editing such files, but im unsure if it allows syncing to any other external location automated on regular basis
