Nvidia Control Panel

I just got my new 2060 in today and installed it and downloaded/installed latest drivers. But the Nvidia Control Panel is nowhere to be found. It’s not even in my PC’S Control Panel. I have reinstalled the drivers. Uninstalled and reinstalled AGAIN. Still the same thing. Anybody know how to fix this?

At first boot your PC into safe mode, then delete the Nvidia forder from C drive and uninstall the driver.
After doing that reboot your PC.*
Now download the latest driver from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx and install it.
