Hi, what are the best banner networks You know?

I mean that an advertiser can select some website from market and banner placement is half or full automated on destination site.

- I joined also Puxee.com (http://internetlifeforum.com/banners-links/1259-puxee-com-banner-marketplace-network-review/) (a month away and not approved yet)
- AdSella.com (received my first paypal payment after around 14 days of joining!!)
- LinkWorth (http://feeds.d84me.com/?a=63788) offers several nice monetization methods
