Employee motivation is important for an employer
1. Team building exercise - employees will feel refreshed with these activities
2. Giving them responsibility - Responsibility will motivate them to work harder and outperform themselves
3. Appraisal and incentives - Target based jobs, employees do work only for incentives. Not necessarily monetary but incentives are known to motivate employees better

I worked as a teacher before pandemic and I didn't have employees but I had students. And it's important to give useful advice for each of them. They are like my children and I care about them so every advice and motivation should be hearful
