Xbox VS Playstation

Which of these 2 consoles do you believe is better? I personally feel that Xbox is better because it has many more features and has a lot of more useful updates and a more lively support crew when something goes wrong.

I think Xbox is pretty good although I can not play on these two consoles but I saw the video of both these devices.
