What type of matress is the best for sleeping?

Depends on what certain specs for it you want :) Anyway in case of choosing any matress the most important things will be:

- how limited is your budget (and you don't need to buy only an expensive one for quality)
- firmness level you prefer (for the most amount of people it's in the 5-7 out of 10 range)
- what positions you prefer for sleeping (it also depends on the level of firmness for the certain model)
- how much do you weigh (for the heavier people there's more need for support foams)
- what type of body do you have
