    Auto backup certain files to gmail

    Hello,

    please any secure way to backup some files / folders to Gmail regularly, automatically, periodically?
    I mean Windows software to send some files to an gmail email..

    ---
    I can install Google Drive, it create an folder on my computer where i can put files and they are synced to Google server..

    Sign in to Gmail.
    Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page, and open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
    Select Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded).
    Click Save Changes.
